En este caso, la masa muscular seca se ha conservado intacta y no se ha perdido.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como lo hemos mencionado anteriormente, para ganar masa muscular de manera natural es importante el est\u00edmulo adecuado de ejercicio, la cantidad adecuada de prote\u00edna de la alimentaci\u00f3n, un sue\u00f1o suficiente en cantidad y calidad y una respuesta hormonal que permita el efecto de hipertrofia.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todo esto, desde luego, requiere que el programa de entrenamiento sea perfectamente controlado en variables como frecuencia de entrenamiento por zona muscular, cargas, velocidad del movimiento, tiempo de descanso, repeticiones, sets totales y muy o nulas bajas de cardio.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por otro lado, esencial es tambi\u00e9n que la alimentaci\u00f3n Keto sea adecuadamente formulada con la cantidad de prote\u00edna que se requiere para que el efecto sea el correcto.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo tanto, es vital, mientras estamos en casa, mantenerse entrenando de manera constante, ya sea, contra resistencia si existe la posibilidad o bien, ejercicios de potencia con el peso del cuerpo como los HIIT.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un super tip para no perder masa muscular si no se tiene la capacidad de entrenar en casa o aumentar el potencial de crecimiento si s\u00ed se puede entrenar, es suplementar con Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA), con glutamina porque eloos activan una v\u00eda anab\u00f3lica con ese efecto.
